BIBA'S di Leonardo Ferri - with registered office in Pinerolo, Via Chiappero 15 - creator and promoter of the activities available on the bibas.it website, reserves the right to use personal data, voluntarily provided by users, in compliance with current regulations (articles 13 et seq. Legislative Decree 196/2003).

The controller processes users' personal data by adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of personal data. BIBA'S di Leonardo Ferri guarantees users that the processing of personal data will be reserved for uses strictly connected and related to the provision of its services, to facilitate website management and order fulfillment.
In case of payment by credit card, the essential information for the execution of the transaction (credit/debit card number, expiry date, security code) will be sent to the entity responsible for processing or possibly to companies responsible for fraud control, via encrypted protocol, without third parties being able, in any way, to access them. Personal data is processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, as provided for by art. 11, letter e) of the Privacy Code. BIBA'S di Leonardo Ferri adopts all the security measures provided by the Privacy Code to protect the collected data, in order to prevent the risks of loss or theft of data, unauthorized access, illicit and incorrect use. However, BIBA'S di Leonardo Ferri cannot guarantee its users that the measures adopted for the security of the website and the transmission of data and information on the website are able to limit or exclude any risk of unauthorized access or dispersion of data by devices pertaining to the user. For this reason, we suggest that website users ensure that their computer is equipped with adequate software for the protection of data transmission over the network (e.g., updated antivirus) and that their Internet Provider has adopted appropriate measures for the security of data transmission over the network.
Users can exercise the rights provided for by art. 7 of the Privacy Code at any time, in order to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification. Pursuant to the same provision, the user may also request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as oppose, in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing. Through the same address, the user can also request the updated list of all data processors appointed by the controller.
The request for the information listed above can be renewed with a minimum interval of 90 days, except in cases where there is a just cause: cancellation or modification of such data due to a violation of the law; cancellation of data that cannot be used for the reasons for which they were collected.
The data controller reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time by publicizing them to users on this page. Therefore, please consult this page often, taking as reference the date of last modification indicated at the end of the document. In case of non-acceptance of the changes made to this Privacy Policy, you may request the data controller to delete your personal data. Unless otherwise specified, the previous Privacy Policy will continue to apply to personal data collected up to that time.
