General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Products purchased on Biba's di Leonardo Ferri are sold directly by Biba's di Leonardo Ferri, a company incorporated under Italian law, with registered office in Via Chiappero 1510622780012.
The offer and sale of products on the Biba's di Leonardo Ferri website are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be periodically updated; those published on Biba's di Leonardo Ferri and accepted at the time of checkout are considered effective and binding.
Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before making a purchase.
Purchase methods
For each product chosen, a descriptive sheet is displayed, with the image and essential characteristics, such as: color, size, unit price.
The images and colors of the products offered for sale on Biba's di Leonardo Ferri may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used. Biba's di Leonardo Ferri is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular computer configuration or malfunction.
Product availability
The products offered for sale and their relative price are those indicated on Biba's di Leonardo Ferri
If, at the time of order, the products are not available, the corresponding size will not be displayed.
If, due to simultaneous purchase by several customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation email will be sent.
Biba's di Leonardo Ferri may change the products offered for sale on Biba's di Leonardo Ferri and their relative price at any time and without notice.
Product price
The price of each item is indicated in Euro.
The shipping cost is indicated before payment.
Order
Placing a purchase order implies knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.
Orders can be placed after registration and/or creation of a personal Customer account ("register for free"). Please read the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully.
Orders are completed by following the steps and instructions specified on the site.
The purchase of products offered for sale on Biba's di Leonardo Ferri can be made by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who act exclusively on their own behalf.
The sale and/or distribution of products purchased on Biba's di Leonardo Ferri is prohibited.
Biba's di Leonardo Ferri reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of received orders.
Biba's di Leonardo Ferri will notify the customer via e-mail of any inability to accept received orders.
Order confirmation
Upon completion of the purchase, the Customer receives written confirmation of the ordered product, the amount to be paid, with details of the product price and shipping costs.
Payment methods
Biba's di Leonardo Ferri accepts the following payment methods:
Bank transfer
Credit cards (including prepaid, postepay)
Biba's di Leonardo Ferri accepts payments made with the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro.
Bank transfer
The receipt of the bank transfer must be sent to Biba's di Leonardo Ferri – via e-mail – no later than 3 working days from the date of order acceptance.
We will send the ordered items upon receipt of the due amount, which must occur within 7 working days from the date of order acceptance.
The exact bank details for making the transfer will be provided via e-mail upon completion of the online order.
Send the transfer receipt via e-mail to Biba's di Leonardo Ferri specifying in the subject: "Bank transfer receipt - order".
Any other payment methods may be accepted exclusively at the discretion of Biba's di Leonardo Ferri. For more information and/or clarifications, you can send an email to Biba's di Leonardo Ferri. Ordered products remain the property of Biba's di Leonardo Ferri until full payment of their price.
Shipping methods
Information on shipping methods is indicated at the time of purchase, is at the customer's expense and is charged to the credit and debit card at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs
All purchases are delivered by GLS courier. Shipments are not made to P.O. boxes.
Shipping costs 5 euros, unless promotions, when provided, indicated on the site provide for free delivery.
Delivery areas
Products are delivered to the address requested by the Customer (no shipments to P.O. boxes are made).
